Turn left to the Eureka Park Motocross track, and go through the security gate. Turn left after 200m. Follow signs to Eureka Camping Park. The start/finish is within the Camping Park Boma area.

Routes

Running and cycling routes will be clearly marked on race day. The cycling loops is about 5kms, with a few fun obstacles that you may choose to go around. There is one section through a quarry with a small descent and climb. The running route is about 2kms and flat. Routes are on singletrack and dirt road.

FAQ

    • This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) event. There will be drinks and food available for purchase on site, and free borehole water.

    • Please place rubbish in the provided bins. DO NOT LITTER.

    • All participants should be prepared to be self-sufficient throughout their event. This should include a water bottle, energy gels/bars, and appropriate clothing and tools.

    • Please be courteous to other participants. If you want to pass, make them aware of your presence.

    • Helmets are mandatory for all cyclists.

    • A bike check before the start will ensure that all bicycles meet the basic safety requirements. Bikes must have two working brakes, tubeless tyres, and be in general good working condition.

    • Medical staff is not available on sire, but SES is next door to the venue.

    • The goal is for your team to complete as many laps of the running and/or cycling course as possible in the 8-hour period.

    • You may switch running or cycling as often as you want, or stick to one discipline.

    • You may do as many laps as you want before switching teammates.

    • You may switch teammates as often as you want, and in any order.

    • You may go again once your teammate is finished.

    • To switch, high-five your teammate as you come into the start/finish zone.

  • The more the merrier!

  • This is a beginner & family-friendly event. Both the cycling and running courses are short and mostly flat.

  • All adult participants will be given a participation medal upon finishing. Podium finishes (1st, 2nd, 3rd) will be given trophies in addition.
